SlackWorks provides workshops for people of all ages interested in farms and farm skills. Our workshops cover practical topics such as seed germination, plant pruning and propagation, integrating plants into your landscape amongst ornamentals, and how to make sushi nori from your own garden vegetables. We work with the seasons and the weather to introduce a bit of fun, too, from foraging in the woods to sun salutations on the pier. Join us as a member and we’ll see you for Thursday farm activities year round.

In 2024 our workshops will take advantage of the gardens especially:

• THE TEACHING GARDENS which introduce you to plants and growing fun; and

• THE ALLOTMENT GARDENS which get you going on your own plot;
